To request your PitchLink account deletion including your domain, company details, payment details, and all users and data, please send us a request at support@pitch.link. After proper validation of the request, the account deletion process will be initiated from our end. It can take up to 15 days from the validation date for your account to be permanently deleted.
Accounts once deleted cannot be restored back or reinstated. You can re-register and create a new account with the same credentials as before subject to availability. However, this will NOT restore your old data and details. This will be a new account.
Please note for individual team member account deletion against your company, can be done by your admin from the admin end. Please see this guide on how to remove a user's account here.
