The Saleperson's Dashboard




The Dashboard gives a broad overview of activities, responses, and engagement on your pitches.
Here you can choose the language of the interface.
It also gives you an indication of the status of your profile, that is, how much of it has been completed.
The latest activities from participants are shown on the right.
You can click on a comment to directly open the pitch and engage with customers.
Sales collaterals that have been used in pitches and have had the maximum engagement are shown.
Data on pitches made, pitches sent, pitches viewed, prospects reached, and comments from prospects are shown for all time, the last year, month, and week.
A summary of the most engaged pitches is shown.
Click the quick start Guide button to start using Pitchlink.
If you click the "Watch Pitch Link in Action" button, you can see a sample pitch, which opens in a fresh browser tab.

The Administrator's Dashboard





The Dashboard gives a broad overview of activities, responses, and engagement on pitches from across your organization.
You can see the total number of prospects reached and the total number of pitches shared.
Your billing and plan data is displayed. To see details of billing and plans, click "See More Details".
The most engaged recipients are listed, showing the comments, and views on collaterals from them.
The top salespersons with the highest number of pitches sent as well as engagement on their pitches are shown.
Collaterals with the most comments, and pitches that have been used the most are also displayed graphically.
If you mouse over the columns you can read the name of the files.
Similarly, if you mouse over the columns in the pitches graph, you can read the name of the pitches.
Pie charts indicate the proportion of pitches viewed out of pitches sent, bandwidth used, and storage space used out of total allowance.
