How to Create a FlexiLink

A FlexiLink enables you to conduct video surveys or gather testimonials from several responders. You can create a request for a testimonial or a video survey in the Testimonial tool. You then create a "FlexiLink" that can be sent out as a campaign through a mass mailing program. Once it reaches an audience, and they respond, it creates a unique communication, and the recipient can record a unique message. All such recorded testimonials or video surveys appear in unique channels on your Pitchlink dashboard.

Click Content.
Click Testimonials.
Toggle the FlexiLink Button.

Click Create A FlexiLink.
Write a message for all intended recipients.
You can now write the content that you wish that recipients will record for you.
You can choose from pre-made scripts, or write a fresh script to record.
If you write a new script and wish to use it again later, you can save it using the save button.
Add a thank you note that will be shown to the recipient once they have recorded the testimonial.
Enter a title for the script.
You may add a description and tags if you wish.
Click Create.
The FlexiLink is created.
Select it.
You can now copy the link or the parameterized link to send to several people, or even embed it on a website.

How to Edit a FlexiLink

Click Content.
Click Testimonials.
Toggle the FlexiLink Button.

Select the FlexiLink you wish to edit.
Click the Edit button.
You may now edit any of the fields, including the script to record.
Once done, Click Update to save the changes.

How to Delete a FlexiLink

Click Content.
Click Testimonials.
Toggle the FlexiLink Button.

Select the FlexiLink you wish to delete.
Click The trash can icon to delete it.
Click Yes to confirm.
The FlexiLink is deleted.
