Approve Content for Use by All Team Members

Approve Files for Team Use





Content created by a Salesperson is not usable by other team members by default.
The Admin will have to approve them for team use. This applies to files created or uploaded by Salespersons as well. This function can only be performed by the Admin role.

Click Content.
Created and uploaded files are listed.
The team use approval icon is shown to the right of each file.
If the icon is grey, it means that the file is not approved yet for team use, and is not available to all team members.
To approve the file for team use, simply click the icon.
The approval icon turns green, indicating that it is now approved for team use, and will be available to all team members for use in pitches.
To remove the approval, simply click the icon once again.







Approve Discovery Forms for Team Use




Click Content.
Click Forms.
Created Forms are listed.
The team use approval icon is shown to the right of each form.
If the icon is grey, it means that the form is not approved yet for team use, and is not available to all team members.
To approve the form for team use, simply click the icon.
The approval icon turns green, indicating that it is now approved for team use, and will be available to all team members for use in pitches.
To remove the approval, simply click the icon once again.





Approve Links for Team Use




Click Content.
Click Links.
Stored links are listed.
The team use approval icon is shown to the right of each link.
If the icon is grey, it means that the link is not approved yet for team use, and is not available to all team members.
To approve the link for team use, simply click the icon.
The approval icon turns green, indicating that it is now approved for team use, and will be available to all team members for use in pitches.
To remove the approval, simply click the icon once again.







Approve Scripts for Team Use




Click Content.
Click Scripts.
Written scripts are listed.
The team use approval icon is shown to the right of each script.
If the icon is grey, it means that the script is not approved yet for team use, and is not available to all team members.
To approve the script for team use, simply click the icon.
The approval icon turns green, indicating that it is now approved for team use, and will be available to all team members for use.
To remove the approval, simply click the icon once again






Approve Pitchmaps for Team Use




Click Content.
Click Pitchmaps.
Created Pitchmaps are listed.
The team use approval icon is shown to the right of each Pitchmap.
If the icon is grey, it means that the Pitchmap is not approved yet for team use, and is not available to all team members.
To approve the Pitchmap for team use, simply click the icon.
The approval icon turns green, indicating that it is now approved for team use, and will be available to all team members for use to create pitches.
To remove the approval, simply click the icon once again.
