Add prospects' details in the address book

Adding Prospects' Information In your Address Book for Sending out Pitches




Click Contacts.
The contacts page lists contacts you add to the address book.
The contacts with a dark grey background are ones with incomplete data.
This is also shown in an alert at the top right corner.
You can filter the list by missing data, such as name, company name, or phone number.
You can also search within specific organizations in your address book.
You can sort the list by Name, email, phone, company, department or designation.
To the details a contact, Click the "Edit" button of that contact.
Edit the relevant details.
Click "Save" to update the data.
The function bar at the top allows various operations connected to the contacts list.
When you toggle to "Company", you see the entire list of companies in your organization-wide address book, even those added by others in your organization.
You can click any to see the contacts from that company.
Click the "Import from cloud" button to import contacts from address books on your cloud accounts.
To import from a CSV file, click the "import" button.
The data in the CSV file must be in a specific order, which is shown.
You can download a sample CSV to help you to put together your CSV file for upload.
If you have a ready CSV in the required format, click "Select a CSV".
Choose your CSV file. Click open.
Click the "Import" button.
The data will be added to your address book.
To add a new contact, Click the "New Prospect" button.
Fill in details for the new contact, such as First name, Last Name, Email and phone number.
You can skip the optional fields, but you must associate a company, which you can choose from a dropdown list.
If the company is not shown in the dropdown list you can add details for a new company.
Click the "Add New Company" button.
Add the company name and company website.
Click Save to Add the company profile.
Click Save to add the new contact.
The contact gets added to your address book.

Click Contacts.
