PitchLink is GDPR and CCPA-aligned, with a strong emphasis on privacy. The Buyer can decide whether they wish to share engagement data with the seller. By default, this sharing is turned off. However, they can share the data by toggling on the share option.
The buyer can disengage by informing the sender of the pitch that the outreach is not of relevance to them, through a simple option on their viewing interface. This method enables the buyer to disengage politely, without any obligation.
Any person invited to the pitch can OPT OUT. This means they will not be directly engaging on the pitch, but other participating team members can continue to engage. The pitch is also always available on their dashboard, and they can decide to opt in again at any time.
The default behavior of PitchLink is to send mail notifications whenever there is any activity on the pitch, such as chat messages. The buyer may not wish to receive these mails. The buyer can set PitchLink to not send them any mail notifications of activities.
