How to Replace a Sales Collateral File in the Repository with an Updated Version

The replace function allows you to replace an asset with an updated version. When you do this, Sales Pitches containing the file, even those already sent to prospects, will be updated with the replaced file. The condition for replacing a file in this manner is that the new (updated) file's name must be the same as that of the original file.

You are shown the Files page by default.

The replace function allows you to replace an asset with an updated version.
The file name must be the same as the original file.

Select the file which you want to replace.
Click the Replace button.
Select the updated file from the computer.
Click Open to replace the original file.
